Kaizen is the annual festival of Loknayak Jaiprakash Institute of Technology, chapra. It also refers to the independent body of students who organise this event round the year. It is known for hosting a variety of events.

Started in 2012 with the aim of providing a platform for the student community to develop and showcase their technical and cultural prowess, it has now grown into festival with a footfall of 1.3 thousand in its latest edition.
