The IEEE Computer Society Branch Chapter - AVIT and Department of CSE & IT have successfully organized Five National level conferences and three International Conferences funded by various organizations including CSIR, IEEE madras chapter etc,. There was an overwhelming response from all over India for the aforesaid conferences.The theme of the conference “Data Analytics and Mathematical Modeling” is an area where much research is being carried out. Big Data Technology is gaining importance as every Enterprise accumulates huge amount of Data. Mathematical modeling is also an area of prime importance. A mathematical model is a description of a system using mathematical concepts and language. A model may help to explain a system and to study the effects of different components, and to make predictions from the data. Learning about mathematical modeling is an important step from a theoretical mathematical training to an application-oriented mathematical expertise, and makes the student fit for mastering the challenges of our modern technological culture. Mathematical models are used in the natural sciences (such as physics, biology, earth science, meteorology) and engineering disciplines such as computer science, artificial intelligence, Networks, Simulations, etc... ), as well as in the social sciences (such as economics, psychology, sociology, political science).
