The B.Tech food process engineering students are always encouraged to pioneer new initiatives to nurture creativity, develop leadership and share technical knowledge among the building engineers.
This began with a technical symposium titled “Food Xplore” in 2000, which served as a platform for the students nation wide to stage their innovations. As the country is in threshold of leaping into major breakthroughs in the area of post-harvest technology and food processing, we believe in our efforts to continue the food exploration.
