About Event

The B.Tech food process engineering students are always encouraged to pioneer new initiatives to nurture creativity, develop leadership and share technical knowledge among the building engineers. This began with a technical symposium titled “Food Xplore” in 2000, which served as a platform for the students nation wide to stage their innovations. As the country is in threshold of leaping into major breakthroughs in the area of post-harvest technology and food processing, we believe in our efforts to continue the food exploration.
