About Event

Paanchajanya is our annual event at IEEE-GIT. It was conceived with the intention of bettering our techno-managerial skills. Over the years, by dramatically broadening its dimensions, it has emerged as a unique event in North Karnataka which is very eagerly awaited. Paanchajanya is the name of the conch of Lord Krishna which was blown to signal the beginning of the Mahabharata War. At IEEE-GIT, we decided to have an event that may well be termed as a tech-fest which would be a battle of technical skills, where young minds would try to prove their supremacy and “gyaan” in various technical fields.

How to reach KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum

The CBT in Belgaum is just opposite the Belgaum bus-stand. You can board a bus from CBT to reach GIT. Some buses towards GIT are 1. Mazgaon and all buses towards Santibastwaad and VTU. 2. Buses going to Karle. 3. All state transport buses going towards Panaji, Khanapur, Dandeli, Karwar. 4. Tempos going towards Khanapur. Get down at GIT cross.
