About Event

Parakram, an All India Inter-College Sports Fest being organised by the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad every year.It provides a platform to the sports persons to showcase and develop their talent at the national level. It brings the best of players in every sports under one arena and the battle for excellence thereafter can be well understood. Parakram consists of Athletics, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Tennis and other indoor games and provides best facilities for players on-field and also off-field. Players from different parts of the country who gather at this event are generally in the age group of 18-25 years. This is the key factor for the Parakram to be the biggest sports fest of Eastern India.
