EVENTS SUMMARY: Technical Talk: Theme Day 1:- Recent Trends in Civil Engineering Theme Day 2:- Health Monitoring of Concrete Structures. Oral Presentation: Giving opportunity to participants from the institutions across North India to express their views regarding the theme. Theme for Presentation: Substitute to cement, bricks or sand Poster Presentation: Giving opportunity to participants from the institutions across North India to present their creativity and knowledge via posters. Theme for Poster Presentation: Environmental Aspects in Civil Engineering Tender Bid Development: Tender problem will be given to the participants at the time of competition. Participants need to prepare a tender that has lowest bid. Structural Photography: Participants are encouraged to create photos that create an intrigue about an aspect of engineering and reveal a unique or striking engineering observation. Structural Design Competition: In this the participants will have to design structure on the basis of data provided using STADD PRO software. Auto CAD Competition : In this the participants will have to design the plan on the basis of data provided using Auto CAD software. Workshop : Theme - Health Monitoring of concrete structures.
