K.K.Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research is an institute for learning and development of young budding engineers. It has produced a considerably good number of quality engineers and in a treat way has contributed to the developing technology. It is one of the first institutes to have signed MoU's with The University of Massachusetts, Lowell and LowrelL Technological University is an institute that puts in its efforts in bringing out the best of creativity in its students. The convergence of these efforts and generating a platform to put forth the creative ideas and technical skills of the student, The Department of MechanicaL Engineering at K.K.W.I.E.E.R presents Mecheaven 2013 The Technical Fest. The aim being, enabling the students to channelize the knowledge gained over years of learning into practical technology-based applications. Every year in the month of March, the Department of Mechanical Engineering at K.K.W.I.E.E.R. organizes its annual technical symposium named Mecheaven. This fest attracts over a 1000 participants each year and an even bigger audience from over 25 different engineering colleges who take part and enjoy over 13 different events. These events are decided after careful consideration to test the technical and creative acumen of the engineers of tomorrow. This year too, at Mecheaven 2013 we are hosting 13 technical events that, which will give a platform to all you engineers out there who are ever so full of creative and technical ideas. We hope we wilL have a chance to witness your engineering genius firsthand at this year's Mecheaven and be part of your Joy when you see your own creation earning a grand applause from all around. We hope to make it BIG this year too with your presence.
