About Event

National Conference on Electronic Technologies The Electronics and Telecommunication Department of Goa College of Engineering is organizing NCET conference entering its 4th year of existence. It is a matter of great pride in continuing the legacy and rich experience of the past 3 editions. The primary goal of this Conference is to offer an excellent opportunity & platform for proactive interaction amongst professionals, academicians, researchers and industrialists to share their knowledge & ideas for achieving focused developments and advancements in their fields. This Conference will help participants to redefine their horizons in recent innovations in technology through technical paper presentations and panel discussions. Eminent scientists and engineers have been invited to deliver special lectures/talks. Original research papers on theoretical, emphirical and experimental work and case studies on mentioned themes and related topics are invited from academicians, Research Scholars, Scientists, R&D Personnel from industries. One copy of the full paper not exceeding 6 pages, typed as per IEEE double column MS Word. Format should be submitted as hard copy to Convener

How to reach Goa Engineering College, Ponda

Goa Engineering College(GEC) is located at a distance of 3km from Ponda on the picturesque Farmagudi plateau. There are 2 bus stands in Ponda, known as the old bus-stand and the new bus-stand. The outstation buses stop only at the new bus-stand. The college buses commute from the new bus stand to college frequently in the mornings from 8.30am to 9.30am, afternoon around 1.30pm and in the evening from 4.30pm to 6.00pm. In case the buses are unavailable at the time you arrive, autorikshaws are available from the new bus stand or local buses have a stop at the farmagudi circle from where the motorbike pilots are available. Organisers will be ever ready to help in case of any difficulty in reaching the venue during NCET. Road Travellers: Ponda is connected to the state capital, Panaji (28 km) by the National Highway 4A. The NH 4A also connects Ponda to the neighboring state of Karnataka. Buses run regularly between Panaji and Margao via Ponda. Rail/Train Travellers: The Margao (17 km) railway station is the nearest railhead to Ponda. One can hire a cab from there or take a bus. Air Travellers: The Dabolim airport (43 km) is the nearest airport to Ponda. One can hire a cab from there to GEC
