About Event

The Students Of IIT Guwahati Are Pleased To Announce The First Ever Edition Of Reflux 1.0 - The Chemical Engineering Festival. Scheduled To Be Organized On The 6th And 7th April 2013, The Event Aims To Bring Together Academicians, Students And Industrialists Associated With Chemical Engineering. The First Edition Of Reflux Will Be Themed 'Cleaner Energy- Greener Tomorrow'. The Festival Is Aptly Themed To Highlight The Current Main Thrust Area Of Research In Chemical Engineering. It Hopes To Bring To Light And Promote Various Technologies, Innovations And Developments Aimed Towards A More Sustainable Future. We Envision A Wide-Range Of Positives For The Participants Of The Festival. The Event Would Be An Avenue For Establishing Better Academia-Industry Interaction. We Plan A Series Of Events Like Design Problems, Quizzes, Lecture Series And Paper Presentation That Better The Engineering Capabilities Of The Students And At The Same Time Highlight Current Trends And Practices.
