SPANDAN 2012- is a N.V.C. sports arts & cultural festival showcasing the creative talents and initiatives of N.V.C.ians. SPANDAN 2012 will held during month of October and will feature a range of cutting sports,arts & cultural events happening over a week. The 2012 fest will feature live music, an art exhibition, live art, drawing & games, across a varied program of exciting art events & cultural gathering. The aims & objectives of SPANDAN 2012 are: #To showcase the diverse creative talents of young people in N.V.C. #To provide a forum for young people to express themselves and inspire each other through creative mediums. # To provide an opportunity for young creative people to collaborate on artistic projects #To celebrate the nature, diversity and vibrancy of \\\'youth\\\'. #Young people with a great creative idea
