Vel Tech Technology Business Incubator is supported by the Department of Science &Technology, India and has been functioning inside the Vel Tech University campus since the year 2010. The whole initiative supports the early stage start-ups by providing incubation space, mentoring, networking & financial loans . The Vision of the TBI is to be a world class incubator and accelerator enabling creation of world class products and services. The mission is to enable new job creation, innovations that scale with technology and a thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Manufacturing Centre of excellence with advanced equipment facility was launched by Honourable Vice President of India.
