Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology Chennai |
Hydroponics is a soilless method of growing plants, where crops are
cultivated in a nutrient-rich water solution instead of soil. The roots are
supported by an inert medium like cocopeat, perlite, vermiculite, clay
pellets, or rockwool, and essential nutrients are delivered directly through
the water. The training is to equip the participants with theoretical
knowledge and practical skills in soilless cultivation methods for
sustainable, high-yield crop Production. The training offers practical
demonstrations and expert guidance to help you set up and manage your
own hydroponic units while unlocking new business opportunities in
modern agriculture
