Round -1 : Registration & Idea Submission
Round 1 focuses on identifying innovative and feasible AI-driven solutions for smart city challenges.
Participants are required to submit a project presentation explaining their idea, proposed solution, Technical approach, and expected impact.
This round is completely free of cost and serves as the initial screening phase of the hackathon.

Shortlisted teams will present their working prototype and solution before the judging panel through an online final presentation and live demo session.

1. Static Rounds (1000 Points)

2. Dynamic Rounds (1000 Points):
(a) Brake Test
(b) Drag Race Test
(c) Maneuverability Test

(f) Maneuverability Test
(g) Female Endurance Test
(h) Endurance Test

Round 1 – Prelims Online PPT Submission
Participants must submit their preliminary presentation online on or before 08-09-2026.
Round 2 – Result Announcement of Shortlisted Teams
The shortlisted teams will be officially announced on 15-09-2026 based on the submitted PPT evaluation.
Round 3 – Prototype / Product Development Round
Selected teams must complete their prototype or product development before 23-09-2026.
Round 4 & Round 5 – Technical Evaluation, Grand Finale, Demo & Pitching
Final Technical evaluation and grand finale presentation will be conducted at the venue on 24-09-2026.
