Events

1. Hatch-a-Pitch :-
• All the interested participants are expected to submit the abstracts of business plan by 23rd February 2020.
• They are expected to present the submitted business plan on 28th February.
• Presentation will be followed by question & answer session for the participants.
• 8 minutes are allotted to each group (5 mins for presentation + 3 mins for Q & A session).
• No of participants in finale – 6 teams (2 members in each team )
• Cash prize : Rs. 24,000/-

2. Business Quiz –
• Prelim round will be conducted for this event .
• Final event will be held on stage
• 6 teams will be in final round
• Two members in each team
• Cash prize – Rs. 15,000/-

3. Inceptia –
• In this event , participants are expected to create a product made up of waste material in the preliminary round.
• Participants must bring their own material.
• In the final round , they are expected to market their product .
• 4 teams (two members in each team ) will be qualified for final round.
• Cash prize – Rs. 14,000/-

4. Biz King –
• Two prelims will be conducted for this event .
• Prelim 1
In this round , leadership skills of a candidate will be evaluated .
• Prelim 2
In this round , situational analysis skills of candidates will be taken into consideration.
• Final round (On stage)
Final round will be conducted among 6 candidates. It is a personal interview round.
• Cash prize – Rs. 15,000/-

5. Action to Auction–
• Preliminary round will be a quiz round related to cricket . Five teams will be selected for final round .
• In final round, five teams will include three members each.
• These 5 teams are expected to select a team of 11 players who will be judged on their ratings linked to base price.
• Cash prize - Rs. 9000/-

6. War of Thumbs (FIFA) –
• The tournament will be a single elimination of 8-16 players (double for 1-8). The bracket will be filled out via a blind draw at the check-in.
• All games are played on the EA Sports FIFA 19 and on a laptop.
• Participants are restricted from the use of memory cards or saved games and from wearing headsets.
• Controllers are supplied by the event coordinators but players are free to use their own if so inclined.
• Any regular season teams, as installed with the original game, can be selected except for all-star.

7. Shuttershot –
• Participants are expected to bring their own Camera &Laptop.
• Total of 3 hours will be given to each contestant for photography alone.
• Participants should submit their work in video format of maximum 2 min length at to the organisers.
• Bonus points will be awarded for management conceptualisation.

8. Executive Diaz (Corporate Attire) –
• One team per college.
• Each team to consist a maximum of 6 members.
• Each team will have 6 minutes to put up the show including 1-minute stage set up.
• The theme should be strictly related to “Evolution of Corporate Attire”
• BGM to be submitted in mp3 format in pen drive to the event coordinators 1 hour prior to the event.
