About Event

TechIdeate’19 event will play host to technical guest lectures, workshops, and exhibitions conducted by forerunners from the industry. We plan to put TechIdeate at a higher niche this year by making it unparalleled in terms of variety of competitions and prize money.

This year, TechIdeate (to be held on 16th and 17th of March 2019) would be conducting 40+ technical competitions in different areas of expertise along with seminars by some of India’s topmost tech enthusiasts. We would also be having panel discussions by some of India’s top influential personalities who hold the key to influence a brighter future. The level of events conducted vary from event to event, so that students of all ages - schools, and colleges can participate.

Accommodation

Accommodation Details for Participants

1. Cost of Accommodation per bed per day (24 hours from the time of check-in) = ₹ 400.
2. Rooms will be provided on twin sharing basis.
3. Consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking within the hostel premises is strictly prohibited.
4. Participants can use mess facilities on charge as per convenience.
5. - Guests are required to submit ₹500 as a cautious deposit which will be refunded at the time of check-out(By taking accommodation, participants agree not to break open their room lock or cupboard and cause damage for the hostel property).
-Guests are required to provide a government ID during the check-in at the Hostel reception.
6. No one would be allowed to exit the Hostel Campus after 08:00 PM (as per Hostel Rules).
