“CROSSROADS”, the Annual Management Festival is celebrated for years and is now on its Silver Jubilee (25th Year). With the magnitude increasing with each passing years, Crossroads aims to promote a spirit of competition and rivalry providing a real-time experience for tomorrow's budding managers to hone their skills. The fittest survives, the best wins, however, everyone learns in one way or the other.

Crossroads theme, "NEXUS: Networking is working" envisions nurturing a thought- Achieving the biggest of success is the result of the association of hard work, preparation, persistence and resilience.
