About Event

TECHKSHETRA
TechKshetra is a technical as well as non-technical event organised by the students of POLYTECHNIC, THE MAHARAJA SAYAJIRAO UNIVERSITY OF BARODA. TECHKSHETRA comprises of two words, one is Tech which means Technology and other word is Kshetra which means field, ultimately, the meaning of TechKshetra is the field of technology, where students get an opportunity to exhibit their technical as well as non-technical skills. The aim of this event is to develop healthy competitive spirit among students, promote concepts of innovation, creativity and leadership for benefit of our society. Techkshetra’16 was organised on 23rd & 24th January of 2016, with a participation of over 1200 students from entire Vadodara as well as from other parts of Gujarat including Ahmadabad, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Baruch, Godhra etc. Having succeeded in this effort TECHKSHETRA’17 is extended to a national level event in which participation will be from other states also. This time we are coming on 17th, 18th & 19th February, 2017.
