Your Hospitality is our major concern:
Boarding will be arranged to all the Participants during the Sports event on free of cost
Instructions to the participants
All the students are required to produce their college Identity card and Registration form duly signed by the Principal concern without which they will not be permitted.
Players should adhere individual College sports dress Code and College Flags during the Inaugural ceremony i.e,27.02.2016 and throughout the competition.
Players should report to Convener by 7.30am on 27.02.2016 at RGMCET Play Grounds.
The Organizers reserve the right to alter without prior notice any of the rules if so required in conduct of the Games.
No protests will be entertained; the verdict of the judges shall be final and binding on all the participants.
The Participants are expected to exhibit exemplary behavior.
Any misbehavior will lead to immediate disqualification of the team.
Unfurnished accommodation will be provided for refundable caution deposit of Rs 500/ per institute.
