IdeaCraft 2026 is a premier inter-college on-spot technical pitching sprint that brings together aspiring engineers and tech innovators to pitch breakthrough ideas spanning AI, IoT, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and Sustainable Tech before an esteemed jury of researchers and industry mentors.

EVENT FLOW (5-STAGE FORMAT):

1. On-Spot Challenge: 100 teams (2 per team). Report before 8:00 AM.

2. Track Draw: Token draw (1–10) to assign 1 of 10 innovation tracks.

3. 30-Min Sprint: On-spot problem statements. 30 mins for PPT prep on laptops.

4. Parallel Prelims: 10 breakout rooms simultaneously (5m Pitch + 5m Q&A).

5. Grand Finale: Top 10 teams pitch on the main stage (5m Pitch + 3m Q&A).

KEY RULES:

• Inter-College competition open to all engineering students.

• Exactly 2 members per team | Registration fee: ₹200 per team.

• Participants must report before 8:00 AM with their own laptop.

• Strict adherence to pitch and Q&A timing is mandatory.

• Refreshments provided (Lunch will not be provided).

• Judges' decision is final and binding.
