The fee includes conference materials, refreshments and lunch. For each paper to be published in the proceedings, at least one author of the accepted paper has to register for participation.

The college is situated at Perundurai on the National highway (NH 47) about 80 km from Coimbatore and 20 km from Erode. It is well connected by road and rail.

Limited accommodation is available in the college campus only for the participants on chargeable basis. The tariff per day for accommodation is Rs. 200/- (Participants only).
