Two Day National Conference on Vacuum Science and Technology and its Application in Material Science and Instrumentation VSTAMI 2018

This conference aims to establish an exchange of knowledge between the academic groups that focus on the fundamental aspects of Vacuum Science and the R&D community who has in wide experience of present and future development in Vacuum Science and its importance. The objective is to focus on the future of Vacuum Science and microelectronics.
