The symposium- 'Synergy' is organised by :Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers(IETE) in collaboration with VIT's School of Electronics Engineering(SENSE).

1. A workshop on 'HAM Radio and its activities' by Indian Institute of Hams.
2. A workshop on 'Firewall and Network Security' by InfySEC.
3. A guest lecture by 'Mr Sreenath Gotur', on the topic- 'Security by design and opportunities in testing development and business analysis’.
4. A paper presentation competition.
Meet the organizer
VIT was established with the aim of providing quality higher education on par with international standards. It persistently seeks and adopts innovative methods to improve the quality of higher education on a consistent basis.The campus has a cosmopolitan atmosphere with students from all corners of the globe. Experienced and learned teachers are strongly encouraged to nurture the students. Many of our students, who pursue their research projects in foreign universities, bring high quality to their work and esteem to India and have done us proud. Mr Sreenath Gotur will be delivering a guest lecture on the topic-‘Security by design and opportunities in testing development and business analysis’.Mr Sreenath Gotur is currently working as the Vice President of a subsidiary of the Bank of America.HONORS AND AWARDS:1.Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Bank of America in December 2009.2.Microsoft Certified Application Developer (.Net) by Microsoft Corporation in June 20043.Spot excellence Award from Polaris Software Labs Ltd. Last day for Abstract Submission for paper presentation is 20th December,2013.
For workshops and guest lecture, registrations will be accepted till seats are full.
