Susi. K, Examiner of Patents & Design, Indian Patent Office, Chennai on 25th November 2022 (Friday).

Objective of the Seminar:
To understand the importance of Intellectual Property Rights for a researcher.
To gain knowledge on legal rights to protect the product of his/her intelligence.
To know ways to earn recognition and financial benefit from their work.

Smt. Susi.K, pursued M.Tech (Polymer Science and Technology) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) and B.Tech (Rubber and Plastics Technology) from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai.

Her job is rooted from research and teaching experience in the field of Polymer Science and Technology.

She is presently working as an Examiner of Patents and Design with 6 years of experience at Indian Patent Office (IPO), Chennai.

Her work is focussed on examining the Patent Application.

She was trained at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management (RGNIIPM), Nagpur.

She is Official Trainer of National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM), Govt. of India.
