ROBONEXUS 2K25 is the 4th National Level Technical Symposium organized by the Department of Robotics and Automation, Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology (KVCET). This grand event brings together young innovators, tech enthusiasts, and problem-solvers to showcase their skills and creativity in the rapidly growing fields of robotics, automation, and technology integration.

Workshop: PLC / ROS

The workshop at ROBONEXUS 2K25 is designed to provide hands-on learning in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and ROS (Robot Operating System) — two powerful technologies driving modern automation and robotics.

PLC Module: Learn how programmable controllers are applied in industrial automation, process control, and robotics. Participants will gain exposure to ladder logic programming, real-time applications, and automation system integration.

ROS Module: Dive into the fundamentals of ROS, the open-source framework powering today’s robotics research and development. The session covers robot simulation, navigation, sensor integration, and practical implementation techniques.

✧1 member: Rs. 150
✧ 2 members: Rs. 300
✧ 3 members: Rs. 450
✧Accommodation (optional): Rs. 150 per person
✧Food: Veg and Non-Veg options available

Participation Rules:

✧Maximum 1-3 members per team.
✧ Each participant can attend up to 2 TECH events and 1 Non-TECH event.
✧Students attending a Workshop must do the full day and cannot participate in any other events.

Examples:
✧1 participant with no accommodation: Rs. 150
✧2-member team with accommodation: Rs. 600 (300 registration + 2×150 accommodation)
✧3-member team with accommodation: Rs. 900 (450 registration + 3×150 accommodation)
