About the event
RegenHack VR 2.0, a 36-hour hackathon organized by the IEI Students’ Chapter, SRM! Get ready for a nonstop sprint of innovation, creativity, and collaboration. In the next 36 hours, teams will ideate, build, and showcase solutions that shape the future.

Tentative Date: October 27,28 - 2025
Duration: 36 Hours
Team Size: 2–4 members per team
Mode: Offline (at SRM campus)

Sustainable e-Commerce Platforms
Public Health And Sustainability
Round Details:
Round 1 – Idea Pitch (3 Hours)
Each team presents their chosen problem and their proposed solution.
Judges select teams based on creativity, practicality, and relevance.
Round 2 – Build Phase (12 Hours)
Teams work overnight to develop their idea into a working prototype.
Mentors and industry experts will be available to guide them.
A mid-checkpoint ensures teams are progressing.
Round 3 – Improve & Finalize (5 Hours)
Teams refine their prototype, fix issues, and prepare for the final showcase.
Focus is on making the solution polished, reliable, and impactful.
Final Round – Demo & Presentation (4 Hours)
Teams give a live demonstration of their project and explain how it works.
Judges evaluate based on:
Innovation – How unique and creative is the idea?
Impact – Does it solve a real problem effectively?
Technical Excellence – Is it built well?
Feasibility – Can it be implemented in the real world?
Presentation & Demo – How well is it explained and showcased?
