INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2025 “Li-ion Battery Technology for Electric Vehicle Applications”

Objective:
(i) Expertise and knowledge sharing in Li-ion battery technology.
(ii) Facilitate hands-on experience in battery pack development and BMS integration in the context of 2-W/3-W Electric Vehicle.

Outcomes:
(i) Design and develop a battery pack for a representative Electric Vehicle.
(ii) Expertise in BMS concepts, safety and standards pertaining to battery technology.
(iii) Placement fortunes in Battery Energy / Electric Mobility domains.

SOC, temperature.
Ensuring battery safety – auxiliaries (enclosure, insulation,
thermal stability, cooling & harnessing terminals)
BMS – significance, structure of monitoring and control,
BMS Integration.
Battery Pack Assembly & BMS Integration – Hands-on.
Li-ion cell and battery standards - Thermal abuse, Electrical
abuse, Mechanical abuse & Environmental Safety.
Safe Handling Procedures & Emergency Response.

Timeline:
Announcement of the opening of applications : 19 December 2025.
Due date for submission of applications : 28 December 2025.
Commencement of the Internship program : 29 December 2025.

The course fee Rs.1000/- should be paid through scanning the QR code given in Brochure and proof of it should be uploaded while submitting the application.
