Generative AI Workshop 2024

Generative AI Workshop 2024

Understanding Generative Models
- Briefly introduce Generative AI and its significance
- Introduction to generative models: What are they and why are they important?
- Types of generative models: GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs
(Variational Autoencoders), and more
- Real-world applications of generative models
Building Your First Generative Model
- Introduction to Python and TensorFlow/Keras
- Setting up a simple generative model using TensorFlow/Keras
- Training the model with sample data
- Evaluating the generated outputs
Advanced Generative Models
- Deep dive into GANs: How do they work?
- Understanding the architecture of GANs
- Applications of GANs in image generation, style transfer, and more
Experimenting with GANs
- Implementing a basic GAN architecture using TensorFlow/Keras
- Training the GAN model on a dataset (e.g., MNIST, CIFAR-10)
- Visualizing the generated images and analyzing the results
Note: The hands-on sessions will be guided, and participants are expected to bring their
laptops with Python installed. Basic knowledge of programming concepts and familiarity with Python would be beneficial but not mandatory
