We are excited to extend an invitation to you for the ICSSR Sponsored Two Days National Seminar on the topic "Preparing HR for the Future: AI-driven Skills Development and Training Initiatives." This event is being organized by the PG & Research Department of Management Studies and is scheduled to take place on the 19th and 20th of October 2023.

We kindly request your participation in this seminar, and we welcome your contributions in the form of articles that align with the seminar's theme and sub-themes. Selected papers will have the opportunity to be published in an ISBN book. Additionally, if you have research or topics related to the overarching theme of the seminar, we encourage you to submit those as well.

To recognize outstanding contributions, we have instituted the Best Paper Award in three categories: Student, Research Scholar, and Faculty. The deadline for submitting full-length papers is set for the 10th of October, 2023. You can send your manuscripts as soft copies to hrai@mkjc.in.

Accommodation will be provided only to 20 Women registered paper presenters in the college campus on sharing basis. In addition to that there are many hotels available near by the college. The price ranges from Rs 500 to 1500. Subject to availability. On request we can arrange accommodation in the hotels. Further Interested participants can stay in Yelagiri Hills -accommodation (Charges differs) and a seminar tour will be arranged for the interested participants on the third day of the seminar.
