Greetings from Prakriti club!

On 25th January, Prakriti club, the nature club of St.Francis Degree College For Women is organising the second edition of Hyderabad's first ever inter college nature based fest : Avani.

Avani is a zero waste event based on the theme of sustainability. Since the aspect of sustainability is not restricted to one specific individual but to all,we proudly invite students from various fields of education to participate in the following events.


1.Nature Bucket list challenge- requires a team of 2 (11:00-12:30)

2. Design for Sustainability- Individual task (11:00-1:00)

3.Nature will evolve. Will you?- team of 2-6 (1:30-3:00)

4. Eco-uiz- team of 2 (1:30-4:30)

5.Online events - Mannequin Challenge

*Design For Sustainability*

Guides the participants through a journey to design a product sustainably at multiple levels. It includes a four stage process: Observe, Engage, Imagine and Plan. It has fun and learning tied together at every stage. The event begins a few days ahead of the fest through online prework. It will be guided by Upendra Sri Sainath sir.

*Ecouiz*

This is an evironmental quiz to promote critical thinking and test the existing knowledge among participants who enter in
teams of two.

*Nature Bucket List Challenge*

A bucket list of small sustainable tasks designed to test knowledge, creativity and provide a great deal of fun to students. As the list comes to an end,you find your treasure.

*Nature Will Evolve! Will You?*

In 2050, do you think the nature will evolve and show it’s wrath because of the present man-
made disaster or do you think man will evolve by then?
Actions speak louder than words! Come up with any sort of drama to depict your views on this
theme.

Team of: 2 to 6
Maximum time: 6 minutes
Judging criteria: Creativity, theme, overall co-ordination and presentation
