Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis. It is mandatory to bring your college ID card when you arrive at NIT,Trichy. All participants who avail the accommodation provided should vacate the rooms provided before 23:59 on 15-03-2015. Female participants are requested to be inside the alloted hostel by sharp 9.00 P.M. Accommodation charge: Rs 100 per day, Caution deposit(refundable): Rs 200. The accommodation charge does not include food. You have to report at the PR/hospitality desk situated in the Department of Civil engineering,NIT Trichy. All participants who avail the accommodation facility should vacate the rooms provided before 23:59 on 15-03-2015. How to reach NIT Tiruchirappalli

National Institute of Technology Tanjore Main Road, National Highway 67, Tiruchirappalli - 620015, Tamil Nadu, India. NIT-Trichy is located about 22 km from Tiruchurapalli Junction / Central Bus stand on the Trichy-Thanjavur Highway. The simplest and most economical way to reach NIT-Trichy is by bus. Any city Bus at Tiruchirapalli Junction will take you to the central bus stand. Board Thanjavur bound mofussiful or route bus. The journey time from Trichy will be around 40 minutes.
