ICETTR-2013 is hosted and technically sponsored by ACCENTS (Association of Computer Communication and Education for National Triumph Society). The conference will be held to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Computer, Electrical and Electronics. The ICETTR-2013 proceedings will be published in International Journal of Advanced Computer Research (IJACR) which will be published by ACCENTS. All the papers will be archived in the IJACR.
