HORIZONXT 2026 Is A Flagship Event Of Foundation Week 2026, Organized By SRM TRP Engineering College In Association With The R Shivakumar Foundation.
This 36-Hour National-Level Hackathon Brings Together Student Innovators, Developers, And Problem Solvers To Transform Creative Ideas Into Practical Technological Solutions. Participants Will Have The Opportunity To Develop Functional Prototypes, Collaborate With Talented Teams, And Receive Valuable Guidance From Startup Founders, Entrepreneurs, Industry Experts, And Mentors.
HORIZONXT Encourages Innovation, Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Thinking, And Real-World Problem-Solving. It Provides A Platform For Students To Showcase Their Technical Skills, Explore Emerging Technologies, Build Professional Networks, And Turn Innovative Ideas Into Impactful Solutions.

Open to all college students across India. Participants must register in teams of 2–4 members and submit an original project abstract. Only shortlisted teams are eligible to participate in the on-site hackathon after paying the participation fee of ₹500 per member.

Registration Process: Teams must register online and submit an original project abstract. Submissions will undergo technical evaluation, including plagiarism and AI-use screening. Only shortlisted teams are required to pay the participation fee.

Meet the organizer
SRM TRP Engineering College is headed by Dr. R. Shivakumar M.D., Ph.D. chairman, Ramapuram and Trichy Campuses. The institution continues the blazing glory in the ï¬eld of education, deservedly bequeathing it from SRM Group of Instutions. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Five U.G. programmes and two PG programs are being offered. The institution provides all basic and advanced amenities to the students and the faculty members as well. Utmost importance is given for quality education through modern teaching methodologies. Most modern and sophisticated laboratories, well qualiï¬ed and experienced faculty members are the assets of the institution.
