Publication Opportunity
Abstracts of all presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings under ISBN 978-81-985448-7-2. High-quality extended papers will be recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, UGC Care journals, Book Chapters, and Book Series, subject to meeting the required scope, quality standards (plagiarism below 10%), and journal requirements.

📋 Paper Presentation
The primary event of the conference where selected authors present their research papers across six tracks — Data Science & Analytics, NLP & Speech, Computer Vision, AI in Industry, Recommender Systems, and Emerging Trends. Presentations will be held in both online and offline modes.

The conference features distinguished speakers from the International and National Advisory Committees, including eminent professors and researchers from institutions such as Rochester Institute of Technology (USA), University of Melbourne (Australia), London Metropolitan University (UK), VIT Vellore, NIT Trichy, SRM Institute, and PSG College of Technology, among others.

Research Tracks
The conference features six focused research tracks.

Track I covers Data Science & Analytics, including Big Data, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, and Statistical Learning.

Track II focuses on Natural Language Processing & Speech, encompassing Large Language Models, Text Mining, Speech Recognition, and Information Retrieval.

Track III explores Computer Vision & Image Processing, covering Object Detection, Medical Image Analysis, and Vision for Autonomous Systems.

Track IV addresses AI in Industry & Applications such as Healthcare, FinTech, Smart Cities, Education, and Agriculture.

Track V deals with Recommender Systems & Intelligent Systems including Personalization Techniques and Social Network Analysis.

Track VI highlights Emerging Trends such as Generative AI, Federated Learning, Quantum Machine Learning, and Human-Centered AI.

Important Dates
The abstract submission deadline is 22nd March 2026, followed by full paper submission on 24th March 2026.

Acceptance notifications will be sent by 26th March 2026, and camera-ready papers along with registration must be completed by 28th March 2026.

Registration Fees
Registration is open to all. UG Students can register for ₹750,

PG Students, Research Scholars, and Academicians for ₹1000, and

Industry Professionals for ₹1500.

🚗 By Car / Cab (Ola / Uber)
Search "Velammal Institute of Technology, Panchetti" on Google Maps. The college is located on the Chennai–Kolkata Highway (NH 16), about 45–50 km from Chennai city centre. The drive takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic.

🚌 By Bus
From Chennai's Koyambedu or Broadway bus stand, take buses heading towards Gummidipoondi, Tada, or Sullurpet via NH 16. Alight at the Panchetti stop — the college is visible directly on the highway.

🚆 By Train
The nearest railway station is Gummidipoondi Railway Station (~10 km away), accessible from Chennai Central via MRTS/suburban trains. From there, take an auto or cab to the college.

✈️ From Chennai Airport
Take the NH 16 (Chennai–Kolkata Highway) heading north. The college is approximately 55–60 km from the airport, around 1.5 hours by road.
