\nThe films shall not be more than 5 (Five) minut es (300 seconds)\, including the beginning and end credits. Films exceedin g this time limit are liable to be rejected. The minimum length should be 60 seconds including credits.
\nAll films must be made specifically f or the 2016 "I Pledge to use public transport" Short Film Competition.
\nFilms may have any Indian language.English subtitles are must.
\n Ensure that all content in your film (including footage\, music\, images\, props\, etc.) is your own. If you include any copyrighted content\, you m ust be able to provide written permission for its use. Entries containing any unauthorised content will be disqualified.
