SUMMARY:Workshop on Art of Writing and Publishing Effective Research Paper
in Journals and Conferences 2018
LOCATION:Kongu Engineering College\, Erode
DESCRIPTION:
Publishing research results is an integral part of a researc
her’s professional life. However\, writing is not every researcher’s f
avorite activity and getting a paper published can be a very tedious and t
ime-consuming process. Fortunately\, many of the obstacles along the writi
ng and publishing path can be avoided by following some simple guidelines
and practices. This workshop presents a synthesis of guidelines found in l
iterature about structuring and writing scientific papers. We outline the
process of publishing research papers in indexed journals and conference p
roceedings\, aiming to provide early-stage researchers with a handy introd
uction to essential issues. A hands on training on Latex is planned.
