\nParticipants who were already registered for the event in zephoria websi te will log in using their provided credentials in the vibe coding portal when they enter the event premises
\nAfter login\, the participant/te am can access the event dashboard.
\nStep 1 ā€“ Login
\nOpen the VibeCoding event portal.
\nEnter the registered username/team creden tials.
\nSuccessfully log in to access the participant dashboard.
\nParticipants must accept the Terms &\; Conditions before entering t he challenge.
\nStep 2 ā€“ Problem Statement Selection
\nThe pla tform contains 3 problem statements.
\nEach team will be randomly ass igned one problem statement.
\nOnce a problem statement is selected\, the team proceeds with that challenge.
\nStep 3 ā€“ Admin Starts the Event
\nThe event timer is controlled by the admin.
\nThe admin starts the official event timer at 10:30 AM.
\nOnce the admin starts the timer\, the same global timer starts for all participating teams.
\nParticipants do not have separate individual timers.
\nThe total working time is 2 hours 30 minutes.
\nStep 4 ā€“ Understand &\; Pl an
\nParticipants analyse their assigned problem statement.
\nTh ey identify the requirements\, expected functionality and possible solutio n.
\nTeams can plan their application structure\, user flow and techn ical approach.
\nThey can use AI-assisted tools for development and p roblem-solving.
\nStep 5 ā€“ AI Prompting &\; Development
\nP articipants use their chosen AI/coding tools to develop their solution.
\nPrompt engineering is an important part of the challenge.
\nTeam s can refine their prompts based on the generated output.
\nThe objec tive is not simply to generate code\, but to create a functional and meani ngful prototype.
\nTeams should test and improve their solution durin g the available time.
\nStep 6 ā€“ Prompt Submission
\nThe promp t submission count is tracked by the platform.
\nOnce the maximum pro mpt limit is reached\, additional prompt submissions are not allowed.
\nThe submitted prompts should represent the prompts used to develop the solution.

\nPartici pants must submit the required source information/source link.
