 arsh is a National Level Paper Presentation competition organized by the H
 R Club of N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies &amp\; Research (NLD
 IMSR). Over the years Utkarsh has strived to be the focal point of young o
 pinions on the paradigm of the current business environment. The focus is 
 on promoting thought leadership with a holistic view of the HR function.<b
 r />\nAs every year\, our inclusive platform invites views on the topic of
  Rethinking Human Resource Management in the Digital Era\, where managemen
 t students across the country can send us their reports. The choicest repo
 rts will then be selected and the respective teams can present and answer 
 the questions posed by the jury members.<br />\nThe world of work is under
 going a seismic shift. Technology is changing the way we work\, communicat
 e\, relate &amp\; in fact\, the way we live. This interconnected evolution
  has made managing human &amp\; talent issues the foremost challenge of th
 e business enterprises.<br />\nHR can help business leaders and employees 
 shift to a digital way of managing\, organizing\, and leading change and r
 evolutionize employee experience.<br />\nUTKARSH gives you the opportunity
  to explore how we can reimagine HR in this age of digitization. Send us y
 our views and watch them being presented in front of elite faculty and ind
 ustry stalwarts.<br />\n<br />\nWho can participate:<br />\n All 1st ye
 ar and 2nd year students of all Full time MBA or equivalent program recogn
 ized by AICTE<br />\n A team can have a combination of 1st year and 2nd
  year student. In case of two teams\, no member should be common<br />\n<b
 r />\nFlow of event:<br />\n<br />\n Soft copy of the written report sh
 ould be emailed to utkarshnld@gmail.com on or before 30th September.<br />
 \n Teams are requested not to reveal their institute’s name or partic
 ipant names anywhere in the report<br />\n Mention the following detail
 s in the email which you would have attached the report: Name of participa
 nts\, Contact number\, Name of institute<br />\n Five teams will be sho
 rtlisted on the basis of the written report. The five finalists will be de
 clared on 4th October\, 16.The same will be communicated via email and pho
 ne.<br />\n In the final event\, the five teams have to present a power
  point presentations of 15mins duration to a panel of judges. Presentation
  will be followed by 10 minutes of Question &amp\; Answer session. Weighta
 ge of report is 40% and presentation of report is 60%.<br />\n The fina
 l presentation should be emailed to utkarshnld@gmail.com on or before 21st
  October\, 16<br />\n Outstation teams who make it to the finals will b
 e reimbursed 3 tier AC return fare from the location of participant’s in
 stitute to Mumbai (Shortest Route).<br />\nAlso\, accommodation for outsta
 tion teams will be taken care of by N.L Dalmia Institute of Management Stu
 dies and Research<br />\n Scores will not be disclosed and decision of 
 judges will be final. Any disputes arising will be subject to Mumbai Juris
 diction</p>
