DESCRIPTION:<p>The aim of this workshop is to promote and enhance the entr
 epreneurship in geo environmental engineering. Rapid industrialization\, 
 improper management of waste and public attitude creates air\, water and 
 soil pollution. The problem of change in behavior of soil due to pollutan
 t transport from various sources on one hand and contamination of ground
 water on the other hand is a cause of concern for Geotechnical and Enviro
 nmental Engineers. The scope of Geoenvironmental engineering is to provid
 e the protection of subsurface environment as well as public health and 
 promotion of sustainable development. Geo environmental engineering requi
 res the broad knowledge on multidisciplinary branches of science and tech
 nology to solve multidisciplinary problems. At the end of this course\, t
 he researcher will become an entrepreneur in various fields like waste s
 egregation\, waste management\, energy recovery from wastes\,<br />\nreuse
  of waste etc. </p>
