DESCRIPTION:<p>Objectives of Workshop:<br />\nThis workshop focuses on solv
 ing structures made of layered composites. The hands –on-training module
  introduces modeling (pre-processing\, solving (solution) and viewing resu
 lts (post-processing) for layered composite structures subjected to load. 
 In the pre-processing stage\, all composite definitions (defining the numb
 er the number of layers\, layer material\, and layer thickness and ply ori
 entation) can be modeled. In the post-processing stage\, the stresses and 
 strains in each ply can be evaluated and visualized. Failure criteria for 
 composites (Tsai-Wu and Tsai-Hill) are also addressed</p>
