DESCRIPTION:<p>Soft Computing is an emerging field that consists of complem
 entary elements of Artificial Neural Networks\, Fuzzy Logic\, Genetic Algo
 rithm\, Evolutionary Computation and Machine Learning\, and offers solutio
 ns where the conventional approaches fail. Unlike the normal computing\, s
 oft computing strive for exactness and full truth\, soft computing techniq
 ues exploit the given tolerance of imprecision\, partial truth\, and uncer
 tainty for a particular problem. This will improve the accuracy and perfor
 mance of the overall system. This workshop aims to provide a forum for cur
 rent state-of-the-art approaches of soft computing techniques and its appl
 ications. This workshop also provides the use of MATLAB toolboxes for impl
 ementation of Soft Computing Techniques.</p>
