SUMMARY:Two Days National Level Seminar on Intelligent Transport System(ITS
) Design with Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality 2024
LOCATION:Erode Sengunthar Engineering College\, Erode
DESCRIPTION:<p>Intelligent Transport Sys tem (ITS) design incorporating Aug
mented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) can offer various benefits to
transportation systems.</p>\n\n<p>The objectives of integrating ITS with
AR and VR includes:</p>\n\n<p>AR: Provide real-time information overlays o
n the physical environment\, improving the driver's situational awarenessa
nd navigation.</p>\n\n<p>VR: Create immersive experiences for users\, such
as virtual tours of transportation routes or virtual simulations for trai
ning purposes.</p>\n\n<p>Integrating AR and VR into ITS design can signifi
cantly enhance the efficiency\, safety\, and overall experience of transpo
rtation systems\, catering to both drivers and operators.</p>
