In a nutshell\, Just imagine being able to turn the oven (thing) on 20 minutes before you get home so it’s ready to start cooking... or taking a quick remote peek into your fridg e\, cupboards or bread bin to see if you need anything at the supermarket . The Internet of Things is a scenario in which objects\, animals or peop le are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to  transfer da ta over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer in teraction.
