 eering Failure Case Study Presentation Competition organized by the IEEE R
 eliability Society.<br />\n<br />\nUnlike conventional paper presentation 
 events where participants prepare a topic in advance\, TRACEBACK challenge
 s participants to analyze a real-world engineering failure case during the
  competition itself.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\n<br />\nRULES :<br />\n<br />\
 nEngineering analysis must be based primarily on the information provided 
 in the case study.<br />\n<br />\n• Teams should justify every major con
 clusion using technical evidence.<br />\n<br />\n• External assumptions 
 should be clearly stated if used.<br />\n<br />\n• The jury's decision w
 ill be final.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\n<br />\nEVENT FLOW :<br />\n<br />\nP
 HASE 1 – Engineering Failure Case Distribution. Each team will receive o
 ne engineering failure case study.<br />\n<br />\nPHASE 2– Engineering A
 nalysis : Teams will be given 60–90 minutes to study the case\, identify
  failure mechanisms\, analyze contributing factors\, perform root cause an
 alysis\, and prepare a technical presentation.<br />\n<br />\nPHASE 3 – 
 Technical Presentation : Teams will present their engineering findings bef
 ore the jury\, justify their conclusions using the available evidence\, an
 d recommend preventive engineering solutions.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\n<br /
