\nT he Post-Graduate and Research department of Social Work (Aided) is the old est department of the college offering PG\, M.Phill and Ph.D programmes in Social Work. The Master of Social Work (MSW) programme has three speciali zations namely\, Human Resource Management\, Community Development and Med ical Psychiatry. The MSW-HR course is grounded in different components of Social work methods and HR focus which lays the foundation for effective r elationship management\, besides being socially relevant strategic busines s partners.

\nTh e Human Relations Study Circle’ is the forum of MSW (Aided) students spe cializing in Human Resource Management. The Forum actively seeks widen per spectives\, create new dimensions\, give practical exposure and strives fo r professional excellence in the field of Human Resource Management. The S tudy Circle facilitates industry-institution interaction and serves as a p latform for the students to attune themselves with industry practices and trends.
