DESCRIPTION:<p>The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Emerging
  Technologies)\, Faculty of Engineering and Technology\, SRM Institute of 
 Science and Technology\, Ramapuram Part Campus\, Vadapalani\, Chennai – 
 600026\, is organizing an AICTE–VAANI (2026–2027) Sponsored Three-Day 
 Workshop under the initiative “Vibrant Advocacy for Advancement and Nurt
 uring of Indian Languages (VAANI)”.<br />\n<br />\nThe workshop\, titled
  “Advanced Cyber-Physical Systems and Intelligent Cybersecurity: Secure\
 , Resilient\, and Trustworthy Smart Infrastructure\,” will be conducted 
 in Tamil Language from 21–23 September 2026 in offline mode.<br />\n<br 
 />\nAbout the Workshop<br />\n<br />\nCyber-Physical Systems (CPS) are bec
 oming the foundation of modern smart infrastructure by integrating computi
 ng\, communication\, sensing\, control\, Internet of Things (IoT)\, edge c
 omputing\, cloud platforms\, artificial intelligence\, and physical proces
 ses. As these systems become increasingly interconnected\, ensuring their 
 security\, resilience\, privacy\, reliability\, and trustworthiness has be
 come a major technological challenge.<br />\n<br />\nThis three-day worksh
 op is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding 
 of Cyber-Physical Systems and intelligent cybersecurity\, with particular 
 emphasis on securing critical and smart infrastructure. The programme brin
 gs together experts from academia and industry to discuss emerging technol
 ogies\, cybersecurity challenges\, practical security mechanisms\, current
  research directions\, and real-world applications.<br />\n<br />\nA disti
 nctive feature of the programme is that the technical sessions will be del
 ivered in Tamil\, supporting the objectives of the AICTE–VAANI initiativ
 e by promoting access to advanced technical knowledge through Indian langu
 ages.</p>
