\n
\n ‘Mélange’\, this year’s theme carries a profound meaning which hide s in plain sight. By definition\, mélange is a ‘mixture of things’ or ‘fusion’. See from our eyes and we’ll show you the immense meaning that it holds. Mélange for us\, is the process of amalgamation by which o pinions seemingly incorrect individually\; become right together. How the world becomes a better place when we all come together\, for the world is a fusion of things as it’s beauty lies in that. NICMAR in itself is a br illiant example. It is the perfect mix of technical aspects of the constru ction industry and the management related to it. Ergo the theme for this y ear\, which is all about that perfect mix and the perfection that is mixin g itself!
