DESCRIPTION:<p>This will be a live case competition where teams will be req
 uired to submit the solution according to the problem statement for a prod
 uct. We will choose the top 6 groups\, who will then present the case to a
  panel of external judges from HeyPM. Your solution stands a chance to be 
 implemented if found feasible.<br />\n<br />\nRules:<br />\n<br />\nThe co
 mpetition is open for undergraduate and postgraduate students<br />\nEach 
 team can have 2-3 members<br />\nMultiple teams from the same college are 
 allowed<br />\nParticipants in the same team should be from the same colle
 ge. All students in the same team must be pursuing the same degree<br />\n
 A student cannot be part of more than one team<br />\nThe participants mus
 t carefully read through and agree to the following Terms &amp\; Condition
 s before registering:<br />\nAll decisions in matters of eligibility\, aut
 henticity\, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of E
 ximius\, Indian Institute of Management\, Bangalore<br />\nThe organizing 
 committee holds the discretion to change the format and structure of the e
 vent at any point<br />\nTechminator: Stages and Timelines<br />\nRound 1<
 br />\n1 slider executive summary to be submitted along with a maximum of 
 2-page appendix. Participants may use the Lean Canvas. The submission shou
 ld cover the following aspects: 1. Problem Identification in the existing 
 product &amp\; Definition 2. User Segment Research / Understanding 3. Pote
 ntial Solutions &amp\; Value proposition 4. Success Metrics (The case will
  be accessible upon registration).<br />\n<br />\nTimeline: 06 Jul’21 12

 selected teams will move to round 2. The final presentation will be held o
