 pportunity to showcase their talents in traditional\, modern and ultra-mod
 ern forms of literacy\, culture\, art\, management and off-beat events. Te
 chnical and management events make this an exciting two days techno-manage
 ment event.<br />\n<br />\nOver the last four years\, INKARNO has grown ex
 ponentially.<br />\nEvery year has been incredibly different which adds to
  the unparalleled beauty of<br />\nattending INKARNO at NICMAR.<br />\n<br
  />\nINKARNO will be held on Feb 14th &amp\; 15th\, 2020 at the NICMAR Goa
  campus and over 60+ colleges are expected to participate in the fest this
  year. The INKARNO team would be absolutely delighted to see you participa

 - Shirt Painting<br />\nRULES AND REGULATIONS<br />\n- This is a team even
 t and each team must comprise of two participants.<br />\n- Participants s
 hall bring their own materials like fabric or acrylic paints\,<br />\nglit
 ters\, brushes\, mixing plate\, pencil\, pen\, and eraser.<br />\n- T shir
 t shall be provided.<br />\n- Use of any other materials or ready-made sti
 ckers is strictly prohibited.<br />\n- Participants shall not be allowed t
 o use any photographs for reference.<br />\n- Mobile phones or any other e
 lectronic devices shall not be allowed during<br />\nthe competition.<br /
 >\n- Any sort of tracing or copying is not allowed<br />\n- The art work s
 hould be relevant to the theme\, which will be given on the<br />\nspot.<b
 r />\n- Duration of the competition shall be of 2 hours.<br />\n- Decision
