This workshop on NFT will familiarize participants with lear ning how technology works and become better to be able to control the worl d instead of being controlled by it. Everyone has now heard of nanotechnol ogy but most of us don’t really know what goes on inside them. The focus will be on practical strategies with up-to-date information regarding tod ay’s problem faced by the students and the faculty. When you run in to p roblems\, the participants can solve them instead of being confused with t he existing problems. An extensive theory section has been included on the different fabrication techniques and their usage so as to have an insight on the theory of these techniques. This workshop is\, therefore\, not onl y a forum where the material scientists can exchange their knowledge and e xperience\, but also serves as an educational channel for students and any others who would like to learn more about the techniques in nanofabricati on and the practical hands on training is also included so as to have an i dea on the instrumentation of this technology. Keeping the above in mind\, this Workshop is being organized to facilitate meaningful interaction amo ng the nano growers.
