 required details.<br />\n● Don’t forget to click ‘Submit’.<br />\n
 ● You have been successfully registered.<br />\n➔ Team Formation Rules
 <br />\nEach team would comprise of 2 to 4 members (including a team leade
 r) with 1 team mentor (optional but recommended).<br />\n● Team should h
 ave an individual Team name for the participation.<br />\n● Make sure yo
 u have the proper Id-card for reference.<br />\n● Team Should have an in
 dividual Laptop for the Development of the Project.<br />\n● Teams shoul
 d be made up exclusively of students who are not organizers\, volunteers\,
  judges\, sponsors\, or in any other privileged position at the event.<br 
 />\n➔ Idea Submission Rules<br />\n● The Idea submission ends on 5<br 
 />\nth March 2023.<br />\n● The team must be registered on https://bit.l
 y/THack2023 or hackathon.srit.org in<br />\norder to submit the idea\; an 
 unregistered team will not be entertained in any case.<br />\n● Only one
  person in the team would be the team leader who is required to register o
 n<br />\nbehalf of all the members.<br />\n● The PPT for the idea should
  be submitted on the form provided along with all the<br />\nmandatory det
 ails.<br />\n● PPTs to be sent only in the prescribed format\; otherwise
 \, they are bound to get reject<br />\n● Teams that have not submitted t
 he idea will be automatically disqualified. - Already<br />\nimplemented i
 deas can be used but extra points will be given to original and<br />\ninn

 imit to 4 pages.<br />\n● Download the Abstract Format PPT from our site
 .<br />\n● All the topics should be utilized for description of your ide
 a.<br />\n● Try to avoid paragraphs and post your idea in points.<br />\
 n● Keep your explanation precisely and easy to understand.<br />\n● Id
 eas should be unique and novel.<br />\n● Apart from this PPT abstract of
  your idea will be asked separately while<br />\nsubmitting.<br />\n● Yo
 u need to save the file in PDF and upload the same link given on google<br
  />\nforms. No PPT\, Word Doc or any other format will be supported.<br />
 \n➔Round 1 Selection Criteria and Follow-ups.<br />\nEvaluation criteria
  will include novelty of the idea\, complexity\, clarity and details in th
 e<br />\nprescribed format\, feasibility\, practicability\, sustainability
 \, scale of impact\, user experience<br />\nand potential for future work 
 progression.<br />\n● Results of Round 1 will be declared on 5th March 2
 023. Results will be displayed<br />\non the website and the shortlisted t
 eams will be notified via emails.<br />\n● Selected teams have to give a
  confirmation of participation before 6th March 2023.<br />\nIf failed to 
 do so\, the team will be disqualified and next ranked teams will be taken.
 <br />\n● If a team gets selected due to no confirmation of some team\, 
 they will have 24 hours<br />\nto give a confirmation.<br />\n● Final li
 st will be released on 6th March 2023.</p>
